Warranties and Performance

We provide product details, specs and warranty information on each product page (these are the pages that describe our products in detail).  It is important that you read these prior to purchase.  If you receive a product that does not conform to the description you have been given or seen on the product page, contact us immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.

Warranties are provided by Fitness and Leisure Limited's suppliers for the buyer’s benefit.  Warranty details are on each product page It is very important and a condition of warranty that you follow setup and assembly instructions closely.  You should also adhere to any user or all-up weight or other limitation that are specified on our product pages.

Overall Protection

We are committed to our obligations to you under the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act.  (The Consumer Institute has a clear description of what it offers, but they've moved the page a few times.   It was here last time we looked (but they don't guarantee their consumer it'll stay there!  www.consumer.org.nz/reports/consumer-guarantees-act )

Returns and refunds may be offered to meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act, and at our discretion under circumstances beyond these.  You may be liable for additional costs including freight charges, and in such situations we reserve the right to charge an administration or substitution fee to cover our costs.
