We use excellent warehouse and courier/freight facilities, and you should expect a high standard of service in this regard, but there are requests we make of you.

You must provide a private physical delivery address, such as a residence. You should also provide a phone number for the delivery person to call, and notify us if delivery is to be coordinated with someone’s presence at the address.  If a person other than you, the buyer, takes delivery, that person acts in that situation as your agent for that action.

You should expect delivery to be made within the following elapsed times: North Island: two to four working days, South Island: three to five.    RD's off the beaten track take the longest to deliver to (occasionally exceeding these times), because the package might have to wait a couple of days at a local depot for the last bit into the bush!  Contact us if you have what you believe are special or peculiar arrangements.  We have had a few!
