This info is not new, but worth repeating. A US University rated the kiwifruit the most nutrient-dense out of 27 fruit. They have twice the Vitamin C of an orange, more potassium than bananas (potassium cuts osteoporosis risk, reduces anxiety, reduces blood pressure, helps maintain fluid balance in cells) and more dietary fibre than apples. And they’re laden with antioxidants.
