Beyond this, general principles of care that apply to any devices that use electricity, have moving parts or significant balanced weight need to be applied with fitness and strength building equipment. It is especially important that children are kept away from it or are monitored in its presence.
Children (any person under sixteen) must not use the equipment under any circumstances, unless advised to by a medical specialist. Their growth dynamics and physiques are different from adults and what’s good for adults can be very harmful to them. They should be kept away from equipment for general safety reasons as well.
