Our payment systems are private and secure.
- We operate a secure SSL-encrypted website; only you and the bank see your details (we don't see your card number or your name, just a transaction number and the value - safer than buying in a shop, where someone might see your card, or have a hardcopy docket). We may later call you to verify that the person using the card is the holder. You can of course ring us to make an off-line transaction with a credit card. And we support internet banking.
- We support Verify-by-Visa, MasterCard SecureCode systems for PIN-based card authentication, plus the standard processes of Amex, PayPal and others.
- Your personal information will never be offered to a third party without your express approval.
We stand by our equipment sources and products which are of the highest standard and reputation. We have an explicit commitment to the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act and to the warranty and service commitments of our suppliers.
