Exercise Library
There are two sets of exercise description. Exercises use a bench, dumbbells, occasionally a Swiss Ball. The first set uses static pictures and text for guidance and instruction. This set is good if you want detail guidance on exercise form (ie getting it right, and getting the safest and most effective outcomes) Look for them under these headings:
