97cm x 22.5 x 7.6cm commercial grade pad and stitched vinyl upholstery. Very comfortable. Pads have 1" (2.54cm) radius corners.
47.6cm x 104cm frame footprint, and is 50.8cm high when flat.
The 3 position incline seat is narrower than the backrest pad so it doesn't cut into the inside of your legs; and you can move the seat up or down the pad for optimum comfort. Seat height from the floor in the upright position is 16" (40.6cm), 14" (35.5cm) or 12" (30.5cm). Backrest pad is 31" (78.7cm) above the seat in the highest position.
Incline seat follows backrest pad at any angle so it will always be perpendicular to the back pad, unlike other benches where the seat has a shallow angle, allowing the user to slide off.

Wheels option makes movement easy.
Bench legs don't stick out in front, or to the sides. This annoys users of other benches. Their feet are always clashing with something, or it's awkward to put dumbbells down.
A customer also points out that having the seat able to move up the back pad enables you to both have your head on the pad, at 6 foot 4", or move the seat up the pad to make it easier to do dumbbell pullovers.
The big variety of angles of adjustment means you can get better shoulders! If you bench 50kg and military (upright) press 25kg, move the bench angle up 5 degress at a time with 50kg starting at the flat. After a few weeks you'll be pressing BIG! Can't do that with (most) other benches - those that have far fewer angles. (Most of them)
I am really enjoying the bench.. its very quick and easy to adjust, yet provides a strong and solid platform to work out on. I especially love the flexibility it provides, with all the add on accessories. I especially love the fact that it can be used as a decline/situp bench or alternatively as an incline bench without even needing to bend over as you can use your foot to adjust the locking pin. The chin up and dip bars are a great add on as these are two of my favourite exercises, and I have never seen another bench provide these options before.
Very easy to assemble, easy to adjust, hardwearing, multifunctional, yet safe and reliable – just like in a pro gym - Pretty much sums it up!
Expect approx 3 days North Island or less (add a couple for RD); South Island add 2 days to North Island estimates.
Freight price is based door-to-door, and doesn't include moving items beyond; you should have someone to help you if you have to move a heavy shipment indoors. This one should be OK for most though! Carrier will phone to arrange delivery, but you can let us know preferred times and dates prior to this.
