New Zealand's own natural iron sand provides the basis for the iron core which sets like steel and is almost twice the density of concrete. The iron core is covered by quality German polyethylene (Hoechst GM 8250). To fit standard 25mm standard bars and dumbbell rods.  Actual hole size is 32mm.  Hand holes provided to give you a larger range of applications enabling them to be used with or without a bar. 

Use at home for pump classes or for standard barbells and dumbbells.
